The return or exchange can be done within 7 days after your order is delivered. For returns, the product must be in unopened condition with all seals intact. For exchange of broken product we require a product opening video to process an exchange. RETURN POLICY
Customers can return their order within 07 days of the order delivery.
All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
The product amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment 3-5 business days after we have received the returned products and quality check is done (Product must be in original packaging and unopened).
Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable .
To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on info@decozia.com with your Order ID mentioned.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.100, reverse-pickups can be arranged in cases of Wrong Model Ordered, Incorrect Size Ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault.
Incase of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an Opening/Unboxing video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement only after a verification process is completed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUND POLICY
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
You can ask for a free replacement against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/ damaged. (A product unboxing video is required.)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your exchange/return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 Business days.
Where should I return my product?
You are requested to courier the product back to us at the address mentioned on the package and we will reimburse courier charges incase of manufacturing defects only.
We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. If you are shipping an item over Rs. 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
